If you are having trouble logging in, the following information should help.
Can’t Find My Materials: To assist you in correcting this issue, we have temporarily removed your "default" vendor selection. As a next step to finding your materials, please select a different vendor before setting a new default.
Important: Accounts created on the Actuarial Bookstore or ACTEX Learning are automatically accessible on the learning platform using the same login and password you used to create your account at the bookstore(s) at the time of purchase. You do not need to recreate that account(s).
Access Key Activation or Error: Access keys can only be activated once. If you see a message indicating that your access key(s) has already been activated, then your materials are already accessible. However, if you don't see your materials under "My Products", then you likely activated your key under a different vendor using the same email address. To resolve this issue, please select another vendor.
